With years of experience as a school counsellor and in private practice, I have provided counselling to individuals and couples dealing with a variety of life transitions, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and the effects of childhood sexual abuse. My collaborative approach to therapy allows me to work with my clients to develop personalized solutions that take into consideration each unique perspective.
