Learning to breathe

Updated: Aug 22, 2024

The breath plays an important role in our ability to calm ourselves. The more we deep breath, the more our brain gets the signal that we are OK. This allows the brain to send messages to our body that we are no longer under threat. The slower we breathe, the calmer we become. The calmer we become, the more peaceful our lives are. The more peaceful our life is, the more we can focus on living a better life.
