Remember that you are your child's main role model

When you think about your children's future, remember that you are their main role model. Be who you want them to be and they will be who you are.

Remember, you are their greatest teacher. How you get angry, they will learn to get angry. How you have relationships is how they will learn to have relationships. How you live your life is how they will learn to live their life.

Before you think about children, think about the patterns that you are repeating from your childhood and make a decision to work on change before your children repeat those too. If you struggle to have your life in order, don't pass this on to your children.

Get help before you begin the journey, if you are already on that journey, it is never too late to change your direction.
